Qualification:
If you are approved to pay by check at America's Auto Auction, you are pre-approved to participate in the ACE 28 Day Title Float Program!

Title Float Fee:
Variable based on the invoice Amount for the vehicle to be paid through the ACE Title Float Program

Buy/Sell Location:
ACE Title Float Program may be used for purchases at America’s Auto Auction only. Outside purchases are prohibited.

Time Limit:
28 days from the date of purchase at America’s Auto Auction.

Sales Day Payments:
Dealer shall present an individual company check for the invoice amount and a separate company check for the title float fee for each vehicle paid through the ACE Title Float Program. The Title Float fee checks will be deposited immediately, but the invoice payment checks will be held for 28 calendar days and deposited on the last day of the term. The title will be forwarded to or available for pick up by the dealer when the invoice payment check is deposited. Should the dealer request the title before the end of the 28 day term, the invoice payment check will be deposited when the title is released to the dealer.
